Terms for Table Pro

NSTP (Never Split the Party) is a tabletop campaign calendar at nstp.app. It is software for hours, sessions, RSVP, reminders, spark, recap, and hook. It is not a VTT, not a character sheet, and not licensed Dungeons and Dragons content.

Table Pro is one bill on the person who owns tables, not a bill per table and not a bill for players. Players never pay. Regular price is $7 a month or $49 a year. The first 100 table owners lock $4 a month or $29 a year. That founder price stays locked for them. Extra owned tables do not change the price.

On the free plan you can own one table and join as many as you like. Discord RSVP, email reminders, and session lock stay free on every table. Table Pro adds extra owned tables, Recap, Spark, Hook, Decision day, and a calendar tap (Spark posts in Discord when the DM writes it; Recap, Spark, and Hook go out in the day-before reminder and in the channel).

You start or cancel Table Pro from Account, or from the Table Pro page on a table you own. Cancel Table Pro opens the customer portal, where you can also switch plans. Canceling stops extra owned tables and other Table Pro features at the end of the billing period. Your one free table stays. Players are never billed. Hours and RSVP still work.

Quorum means the campaign can continue if someone is out. We do not promise the party never splits. NSTP is provided as-is. We will try to keep the calendar honest; we cannot promise every game night happens.

A store is a separate account from a personal table. The store pays Starter or Plus. Players never pay Table Pro to play at a store. A guest DM can run a store table without their own Table Pro. Staff cancel store tables; a guest DM cannot cancel alone. Paid marks are staff notes at the counter — NSTP does not take that payment in this version. The first month of a store is free and does not need a card. The first 5 stores lock founder Store prices.

We store your email, hours, and table membership so the scheduler can run. We do not sell that.
